Brooke Knowlton
45:27

Kari Chambers

When you said bring in a consultant did you mean an analyst?
Kari Chambers
47:44
Or is this something our PM could do?
Laurie Walters
47:49
will we be able to have access to these slides?
amy
47:50
When you need to bring in an outside consultant, do you have recommendations for who we could reach out to?
Brooke Knowlton
48:15
Hi Laurie, yes, the slides and the recording of this presentation will be available
Brooke Knowlton
48:46
Hi Amy, I would suggest connecting with your FEL and the FEL can assist
amy
49:17
do you have a guideline towards budget for consultant?
amy
49:25
10% etc?
Kari Chambers
49:42
Would the hiring of a consultant exceed the funding guiodelines of only having 2 staff?
Kari Chambers
49:50
Or would they not be considered "staff" per se
Anna M Flasch
49:52
Good afternoon, please contact me after the meeting to discuss issues with the fillable evaluation forms.
Kari Chambers
01:00:52
The attendance record "form" is actually more a sample. Is there a blank, fillable version I'm missing somewhere? Or can we just create our own.

Brooke Knowlton
01:02:43
Hi Kari. We didn't provide a template, but there's an example on page 20 of the toolkit. It can be a simple excel spreadsheet

01:08:29
Could you work in the survey into the sessional claim approval process? Assuming each site has a sessional claim approval process for meetings.
Tracey Welsh
01:12:50
could you provide information on who reads & evaluates SEAT
Inika Wong
01:18:19
I think I missed this. Going back to the event and committee surveys, where should the results be reported?
Anna M Flasch
01:18:47
Within FEMS, physicians have the option of submitting a new activity proposal but the information asked doesn't gather information that we need to know to evaluate properly. Can FEMS be changed?
Erin McGarvey
01:22:44
You will never get feedback from everyone but we don't allow physicians to create activities in FEMS. We use a request form that allows us to ask for specific information about the initiative. Also, we send out a one page Status Update form to all physician leads quarterly. We invite Physician leads to our WG meeting intermittently to present to the group on their work. Lastly, our WG now takes responsibility for a number of initiative and talks to the physician leads directly to determine what is happening and how we can assist.
Anna M Flasch
01:23:40
Can we take the new activity access down in FEMS?
Brooke Knowlton
01:24:12
Hi Inika, there are some examples in the toolkit about how you can report on those results. You can report out at WG meetings, newsletters, website, SEAT, SRRP
