We build a contingency into the FEMS Activity for each project when we do the project specific budget. It doesn't show as a specific line item
that's how I do it too....thought I was missing something; thanks.
You can also add an Engagement Activity called contingency
We would then need to re-assign $$ from Contingency to each project Activity account if the individual project goes over budget and needs contingency.

Enkel fees are for unincorporated MSA's. It's like a society's accountant.
Enkel fees apply only to those sites that are unincorporated as Enkel functions as the accountants for those sites
Does anyone use forecasting to track the rate of expenditure and to account for known future expenditures (projects not yet started) in order to keep track of expenditures vs budget
should also have a line of potential in-kind
potential or confirmed cost share
This is where a forecast document would be handy to show anticipated spending later in the year against anticipated tranche of funding
